Track group:

We supply customized SALT track groups with PPR structure upon request with various designs of track shoes according to OEM specifications. Track groups consist of components such as track shoes, track links, pins, bushings, etc. which are critical to the quality of track groups. We adopt advanced machining process to ensure the precision tolerance of dimensions for perfect fit. Besides, induction hardening is made at the rail surface of links after quenching and tempering for excellent resistance to wear and fatigue. Sealed And Lubricated Track Group (SALT) with Positive Pin Retention (PPR) for a 50% longer life!

Track link:

We manufacture both sealed & greased and SALT track link assemblies for excavators, Dozers and other crawler machines.Our sealed and greased track link assemblies are filled by grease and fitted with polyurethane seals to prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pins and bushings for quiet operation and extended wear life. All components (pins, bushings and forged links) are produced with precise tolerance to ensure joint integrity, perfect fit and sealing. Meanwhile, they are fully quenched & tempered and induction hardened at the rail surface of links for higher wear resistance and longer service life. Our SALT track link assemblies are filled with oil to reduce internal friction and wear between pins and bushings for extending wear life in extreme working conditions. Every joint goes through stress test to reduce the risk of leakage while operating.
